The Ensemblist is an inside look at the experience of being a Broadway performer- from the first rehearsal through performing eight shows a week and beyond. Whether you’re an experienced theatre professional or a passionate fan, The Ensemblist will give you the opportunity to get to know new performers and the great work they do onstage, while also shedding light on some of the hidden innerworkings of the Broadway experience. Created and hosted by Mo Brady (The Addams Family, SMASH) and Nikka Graff Lanzarone (Chicago, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown), The Ensemblist is the only podcast that shows you Broadway from the inside out.

Tell us about a moment where you felt creatively fulfilled in the last year. Getting to play in a room for two whole weeks with some crazy amazing artistic titans, heroes of mine for years, workshopping a new dance play.

Talk about a moment (any moment, not just this past year) where you felt successful. Honestly, I feel successful whenever anyone says my name correctly without me having to explain it to them. Is that weird? That's weird.

What is a career goal of yours for 2016? To create a role and actually get to perform it in the run of a show. To tackle one of the many dream roles on my very long list. To do a PLAY!

What fuels your creativity? Being busy, being present, being informed, grabbing inspiration from wherever I can find it.
