On Sunday, the Drama Desk Awards bestowed the cast of the off-Broadway production of The Wolves with an award for Outstanding Ensemble. Today, Drama Desk winner Midori Francis shares what it felt like to work as a member of that award-winning cast.
"Being a member of the The Wolves ensemble was one of the greatest honors of my life. Those nine people are some of the kindest, most skilled, and humble artists I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I think we truly enjoyed being on that stage together and 'jumping out of the plane,' so to speak, every night when out stage manager called 'places.' There is no greater joy than being part of a cohesive company and to be recognized for our connection and work as team was truly incredible. I love them and the world we got to play in."
